Personal Training

Work with me on a 1-2-1 basis in person at my beautiful studio in Hildenborough, Kent.

The space is designed completely with you in mind. A sanctuary for you to escape and focus completely on you. I also work with mums virtually, anywhere in the world. Each session is designed and adapted to meet not only where you are on your return to exercise journey, but also where you are energetically and emotionally that day too.

Personal Training can be hugely helpful if you are training around any specific postnatal symptoms or you are looking for a programme that is tailored specifically to you, your needs and your lifestyle.
