This is a Cardio & Strength Session taken from my online membership, The Postnatal Plan so you get a feel for my coaching before you sign up! Please ensure you read the details below this video before you begin.

 
 
 

Suitability It is suitable once you have had your six week sign off from your GP, or around 10/12 if you had a Cesarean Birth. Beyond that it is suitable for Mums with children of any age! There are variations for each exercise, so pick what is right for you.

Class Preparation. Please have a bottle of water to hand. Have a clear space to work out in. Ensure the room is well ventilated.

Postnatal Specific. Remember all exercises are graded to suit your needs. Take my adaptations. I'm here to guide you safely through this session in a respectful, competent and nurturing way.

Workout Attire. Please ensure you are wearing workout attire and trainers are a must. Double knot your laces!

Equipment. This is designed to be a bodyweight class. Have a yoga mat to hand and a hard-backed dining style chair too.

Do you feel ok? It's a cardio class & we want your heart rate raised! But unlike our in person classes, I can't see how hard you're exerting yourself. If you feel dizzy, faint, have chest pains or generally feel unwell, please rest & stop the session if necessary. Listen to your body.
