Hi, I’m Emma.

As a specialist women's movement coach and trusted voice, I bridge the gap between rehabilitation and exercise as you may know it.

I support women through some of the most powerful, and often chronically underserved chapters of life: postpartum, perimenopause, and postmenopause.

You’ll quickly notice I approach movement differently. I take a whole-body, whole-life approach, delivering accessible, progressive online movement programmes designed to meet you exactly where you are: physically, emotionally, and mentally. My clients describe me as radically compassionate, deeply knowledgeable, a game changer, curious, passionate and as someone who always acts with your best interests at heart and has the best coaching cues!

While my work supports all women, I specialise in movement and pelvic health, a space we can’t afford to overlook, especially when up to 50% of us will experience related issues at some point in our lives.

As your coach, I’ll show you that, at any age, at whatever your stage of life, with your commitment and my programming, you are capable of becoming the strongest, most athletic version of yourself.

And yes, we’ll have fun doing it.
