    • By booking services, you confirm you are physically able to participate.

    • To join The Postnatal Plan, you must be at least six weeks postnatal (or slightly later if you have had a caesarean delivery).

    • The First Six Weeks program can commence from Day 1 postpartum or when you feel ready.

    • Everyone participates at their own risk.

    You are advised to inform Emma Jeffery PT, to the best of your knowledge, of:

    • Any relevant past or current health history

    • Any past current medications

    • If you are following a calorie-restricted diet, including the use of GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro).

    4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

    Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

    • Payments are processed through trusted third-party platforms (not directly via this website).

    Cancellation Policy
    In-person personal training sessions, movement assessment and EFT tapping sessions.

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% cancellation fee payable, regardless of the reason.

    • 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee payable, regardless of the reason.

    • More than 48 hours’ notice: sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability.

    • For workshops, courses, and memberships, separate refund/cancellation terms may apply and will be stated at the point of booking.

    5. Memberships and Subscriptions

    • Memberships and subscription-based courses are billed on a recurring basis via the third-party payment provider you sign up with.

    • It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including cancellations, in line with the terms provided at signup.

    • Step by step instructions are provided within each membership on how to manage your memberships.

    • Active subscription members are entitled to 1-2-1 support via the relevant Facebook Group or Whatsapp. Contact hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time). Best efforts will be made to respond to queries within 24 hours during these times.

    • Access to digital content or communities (such as Facebook and WhatsApp support) will cease once a membership is cancelled or expires.

    • By joining a membership or community, you agree to treat all members with respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any information shared within the group.

    • Harassment, abusive behaviour, or breaches of privacy will not be tolerated.

    • We reserve the right to terminate any membership, at our sole discretion and without providing a reason. No refunds will be given for the remainder of the billing period if a membership is terminated on these grounds.

    • All resources, videos, and digital materials are for personal use only.

    • You may not copy, record, share, distribute, or resell content without written consent from Emma Jeffery PT.
