Brighten up your January + join Emma at Flow Studios, Nine Elms on Sunday 11 January for a Smart Move + Groove Session. A 45 minute movement session will be led by Emma - for a chance to work out in person! Please bring a yoga mat + block.

Then, Elena Plescenco, former 10 year Unbeatable Portuguese National Champion, will lead a 45 minute salsa and cha-cha session to modern music.

This event is designed with everyone in mind - zero experience/co-ordination welcome (thank god - you know what my co-ordination can be like!!). I have told her that my membership supports women experiencing pelvic health issues + there will be no jumping.

More than anything else - It is designed to be a really fun, relaxed morning - to leave you feeling brighter and energised in January!!
