Work with me 1:1 at my beautiful, fully-equipped studio in Hildenborough, Kent, a calming, private sanctuary created to help you reconnect with your body and build strength in a way that feels good and sustainable.
Not local? I also work virtually, offering the same thoughtful, individualised support online.

I anticipate some movement in October or November, please get in touch to join the waitlist. You’ll be the first to know when a space becomes available. Spaces will be offered, prioritising those who have been on the waiting list the longest.

Each session is designed not only around where you are on your physical journey, but also how you’re feeling emotionally and energetically on that day.
I support women at every stage, including:
Postpartum recovery (babies welcome under the age of six months)
Pelvic health issues (e.g. prolapse, incontinence, pelvic floor tension)
Rebuilding after injury or a long time away from movement
Perimenopause and post-menopause transitions
Women who want a more intuitive, respectful approach to fitness
What’s included…

✔️ A minimum 6-week commitment to create meaningful and lasting progress
✔️ Sessions are £85 per hour, with all sessions paid in advance

While you're waiting for a 1:1 space to open up, you might like to consider joining one of my online programmes, where you can still receive individualised support from me within a flexible and supportive structure.
Many women are achieving fantastic results through the online space, as they’re able to check in and work out with me several times a week, rather than just for a single session. This regular connection helps build consistency, confidence and accelerated transformation.
You can also still book your 1:1 assessment before joining my memberships or waiting for a personal training space to come available.
