Corporate Workshops.
Bring my unique approach to your workplace. Practical, evidence-informed sessions that help employees understand their bodies, feel confident at work, and improve wellbeing through pregnancy, postpartum, and midlife.
Help break the silence + progress women’s health.
Pelvic health is rarely talked about, yet it affects a huge number of women across pregnancy, after birth, and through peri and post menopause. Many continue life/work, embarrassed to seek help, while coping with bladder leaks, prolapse, pain and wider pelvic health related issues.
These workshops bring clear, practical information into the workplace so employees can better understand their bodies and learn ways to support pelvic health through everyday habits, lifestyle and movement.
Supporting women’s health at work benefits both employees and organisations.
• Reduce embarrassment around common health concerns.
• Encourage earlier support-seeking.
• Help employees feel more comfortable and confident at work.
• Demonstrate meaningful commitment to women’s health and wellbeing.
• Support employees through life stages that are often poorly understood.
• Help employers understand how to best support their employees from a facilities and ergonomic standpoint, choose corporate healthcare providers which support women’s health related issues and shape policy and wellness offerings.
Sessions can be tailored to mixed-gender audiences.
These workshops are offered as a paid service. Pricing depends on the session format, length and delivery, in-person or online.
Session prices start from £1,500. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss options for your organisation.
Workshop Formats
Sessions can be structured to suit the needs of your organisation.
This might be a focused one-hour lunchtime workshop, a longer interactive session with time for questions, or a half-day programme that allows space to explore pelvic health in more depth and include guided movement based sessions.
Workshops can combine education and discussion, or include practical movement sessions where participants learn how my unique approach and understanding around breathing, posture and whole-body movement support pelvic health.
Sessions are available in person or online and can be adapted for team wellbeing days, health initiatives, or standalone workshops.
